Cadastral Surveys Based on Orthophotos
Year: 2009
Client: “SOCAR Georgia”
The Cadastral surveys on orthophotos were conducted at 1:2000 scale. Pipelines in property of Socar Georgia as well as the pipelines of Municipalities and other owners have been surveyed. Their parameters have been determined: length, diameter, height/depth, pressure, location of fittings. Derived information was integrated into the entire geodata base.
The cadastral maps for registration at Public Registry office were also produced.
The survey territory included following districts: Chokhatauri, Lanchkhuti, Ozurgeti, Tskaltubo, Akhmeta, Kvareli, Gardabani, Mtskheta, Abasha. The total length of surveyed pipelines made up 540 km.

Client: Ministry of Economic Development of Georgia
Field topo-geodetic survey was conducted on land plots at 1:500 scale covering nearly whole Tbilisi. The red lines were drawn and determined at the Tbilisi Architectural Supervision Agency. Cadastral plan for each land plot was developed.

Client: Ltd “Horizont”
The location of 12 ground control points were specified in advance with the client. The points were fixed at the site with metal-concrete installments. Each point was controlled in static regime using GPS, based on which point coordinates were calculated in WGS-84 coordinate system.

Client: JSC Tbilisi Airport
Topo-geodetic survey was done on the territory of Tbilisi airport. After the definition of cadastral borders of surveyed land plot, over ground communications and buildings were surveyed. The servitude territory was determined in cooperation with the client. The cadastral plans for public registry were prepared and the land plots were registered.
A situational plan at 1:2000 scale was developed based on the topographic plan of 2005.

Client: Ltd “United Georgian Telecom”
Fiber cables of United Georgian Telecom at Tbilisi-Batumi section were surveyed and cadastral plans were prepared in accordance with Public Registry requirements.
